How to measure: With arms down by your sides, take a snug measurement around the fullest part of your chest, over the nipples without clothing.
Care guide: Hand wash regularly in warm or cold water, or wash on a gentle cycle in a delicates bag. Dry flat or hang to dry. We don't recommend ironing your binder. Do not tumble dry.

I’m very happy with the compression from this binder, and it’s comfortable (only) around the chest but I’m pretty disappointed with the quality of construction and the rolling at the bottom of the binder.
The fabric of the lining does not match properly with the size of outer fabric, causing it to sit poorly and always pull up at the bottom and roll over at the top. As you can expect, once it starts rolling the whole bottom rolls up. This can also make the top seam rub into the skin at the collar.
The seam design under the armpit results in a bulky point right at the bottom where the most skin is pushed out. This is painful after wearing for a while if not taped down.
Sorry to hear you're disappointed with the Underworks Econo binder.
We are getting tons of excellent reviews on our Sock Drawer Heroes Chest Binder range which we released last year. We would recommend the 'SDH Chest Binder Short' as a better alternative to the Underworks Econo Short. Our binder has a stiched hem to help prevent the bottom hem from rolling up. We use a very different fabric to the mesh-like Underworks binders - a blend which is soft and sensory-friendly and much more comfortable against the skin.
Feel free to email us if you need any help choosing a binder to work for your body, we're always happy to help!

the binder isn’t super stretchy which is good, but the fabric is a little itchy but easy to ignore. honestly this is pretty perfect
Good compression. There's a nice, soft liner in the front that I wish continued on the back. Fantastic customer service too! Very responsive when it appeared to be stuck in customs.
Binder was so good! I was initially scared it’ll be uncomfortable or painful, but it was the exact opposite! Definitely purchasing from here again!
Great product!
