JP Services
We recognise that accessing a JP (Justice of the Peace) can be a complex experience for our trans, gender diverse, and queer community.
After their own experiences with this, our co-founder and director, Erin, became a JP to provide a safe and trusted option for members of our community.
Erin can assist with the following:
- Witnessing governments forms, statutory declarations and affidavits: Statutory declarations are formal written statements declared truthful, while affidavits are sworn statements used in court proceedings.
- Certifying copies of original documents: This involves verifying that a copy is a true and accurate representation of the original document.
- Certifying that a photograph is a true likeness.
Erin is generally available during business hours, Monday - Friday.
