Exchanges & Returns
We only accept returns and exchanges on binders. Due to the intimate nature of packers, packing pouches, underwear, harnesses, STPs, gaffs, toys, etc. we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on these items.
We will happily accept exchanges/returns for binders within 30 days from purchase date, as long as they are unworn, clean, undamaged and returned with their original packaging.
The binder can be taken out from its packaging to be tried on, however, if it is marked or damaged in any way, the exchange/refund will be at our discretion.
Once we receive the binder, we'll assess the condition. All being well, we’ll send you an online code for the cost of the binder to re-order the size you need within 5 business days.
You may request store credit or a refund. This will be for the amount paid for the binder/s minus the shipping cost.
We do not cover the cost of shipping the returned item, or shipping of the replacement.
Please do not reseal and write "Return to sender" on the package as a way to return items to us. If the package is lost, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.
