The Underworks Econo Compression Long Chest Binder offers high compression to achieve a flat chest. The full length offers added compression to the hips and tummy. At a lower price point to the  Underworks Cotton-Lined Chest Binder, this is a great first binder to try out.

This style runs small so we recommend ordering one size larger than the chart indicates.

How to measure: With arms down by your sides, take a snug measurement around the fullest part of your chest, over the nipples without clothing.

Care Guide: Hand wash regularly in warm or cold water, or wash on a gentle cycle in a delicates bag. Dry flat or hang to dry. We don't recommend ironing your binder. Do not tumble dry.

good binder

good binder for sure, i personally use tape under it though because of sport i do, but i dislike not wearing a binder (i get anxious). it works great! im usually a size M, but i have a large back which made it very tight, so ill give it to a friend, no worries though, i should have gotten a size larger

I got an XL which fits me well.
I have bad reflux and bras always made it worse, so I got the long line binder to avoid the same problem. I'm really impressed with this top, I'm overweight and it makes my belly a bit flatter and even my hips. Most impressive is the fact that it never rolls up! It stays where I put it!

The binder fits perfectly and it makes me feel so comfortable its so tight i cant breath bht its enough to faltten my chest its amazing and the staff are super kind with a great sense of humour 10/10 I can't wait to order more!

If you feel short of breath or like your ribs are being crushed, we'd recommend going up a size - you'll still get good chest compression. I don't always have chest dysphoria, but when I do I wear this.
Super comfortable and super gender affirming for my little non binary self. The extra note saying I hoped I enjoyed the binder both made my day and was also exactly what happened :)
