Size Guide

How to measure: With arms down by your sides, take a snug measurement around the fullest part of your chest, over the nipples without clothing.
Care guide: Hand wash regularly in warm or cold water, or wash on a gentle cycle in a delicates bag. Dry flat or hang to dry. We don't recommend ironing your binder. Do not tumble dry.
Colours may vary slightly across different devices or screens due to variations in display settings and calibration.

An excellent quality garment, they are great at providing solid compression. The sole and only reason I have a four-star rating is because they tend to ride up on my body. They end at a point on my torso that causes the bottom to roll upward, so I need to regularly correct that. However, that is a minor annoyance.
The binders are very heavy compression, and if you wear a properly sized one for eight hours, you very much understand why the eight hour limit exists. I personally would advise no longer than six.
I have worn these binders while engaged in sports (historical fencing/HEMA) and have found them able to handle the movement comfortably, however you will need to remember to breathe from the diaphragm and not the chest. Also, you will need far more breaks than usual, particularly if you are in hot conditions. Make sure you keep an eye on your hydration and comfort while wearing it.
Great binder! Unfortunately I misread the sizing directions and got a size too small. But the material seems high quality!
Very sensory friendly and very comfortable
My issue with other binder brands has been the binding panel being made of a canvassy fabric. This one has a much softer, kind of velvety fabric, that made it very comfortable to wear. The seams weren't itchy, either, and I honestly forgot I was wearing it after a while (until I had to physically run and grab something at a convention, don't run with biders on, kids. The rib pain stitches were on another level).
I wear medium size t-shirts that are baggy enough to cover my chest (I don't know my cup size tbh but they're small) usually, and I got a medium binder. Next time I might get a large just to give myself a bit more room to get in and out of it.
10/10 recommended it to a con panel full of LGBT people
I’ve used a different Australian brand of binders for years but tried SDH as they are cheaper and based in Sydney. The quality is definitely there and I’ve gone ahead and bought 6 so I have enough to get through the week.
I was on the cusp of an M and L. I tried both and L was definitely the way to go. I can’t go more than a few hours in the M without it being incredibly uncomfortable, so if you’re on the cusp I suggest sizing up.
One thing though- I’d love more information on the website about how SDH binders are made ethically in China
