SDH Chest Binder Short Black

Neurodivergent queer here who stores a lot of tension and anxiety in my chest (costochondritis anyone?) so I'm very picky when it comes to constrictive clothing!

I'm impressed by how flat I am and how comfy it is! Customer service was also very helpful :) I'll put my details below in case there's someone else like me who is struggling with sizes!

I'm roughly a 10C, bust 92cm, which is bang on the edge between small and medium. It's hard to know whether to size up or down, so I bought both sizes and returned the one that didn't fit (returns process was very easy!) As a petite person I was surprised that the small didn't fit at all, but the medium is perfect (I blame my gym routine lol). If you're between sizes like me, try both if you can!

As the title suggests this binder is a part of a whole, working towards the right look of things. The fit is comfortable and the material doesn't set off my sensitivities. I am unsure if the 5 XL is too big for me (psst I am terrible at measuring things cough cough) That being said it still flattens me to the point that people have commented on how much it suits me.
Overall, I am so dang happy I went through with this I giggled like the young man I have always been.

These binders are top quality, they have great compression without compromising comfort.
The SDH team are also incredible, we love the little notes and the awesome customer service.

I'm super happy with my binder. It's easy to put on and really comfortable to wear. I couldn't stop smiling at the way I felt in it or how good my clothes looked with a flatter chest. Even with my larger size chest (DD-E) it pulls everything in nicely.

Firstly, this brand is awesome. From their marketing to their website, they show investment in safety, and representation of all kinds of bada** (can I say that here?) binder wearers. I felt good spending my money here.

Secondly, the binder is amazing!! The first time I put it on, I couldn’t stop smiling. There was a very noticeable reduction in chest size, and my clothes fit in a way that made me *literally* check myself out every time I was by a mirror. Picture Snow White twirling around while birds chirp, but make it gender fluid and queer. And this is from someone who has gotten the ick from my chest size for…ever since it appeared.

I find it to be comfortable, while still working overtime to get its job done. It did wonders for helping me in accepting my body.

5’3” 130, size medium (usually a medium in sports bra)

TLDR: great compression without sacrificing comfort (you may even start staring at yourself)
