This stuff is great. I have a small chest, and I can get a flatter bind with this tape than a traditional binder. Since you can tape your chest to the sides, it avoids the problem binders and sports bras create of forming a bulge in the sternum area (which as a small chested person, makes my chest look bigger than if I wear nothing there at all). Taping is very low profile so I can forget I'm even wearing it, and don't have to worry about it showing under clothes. It felt so affirming and freeing the first time I taped my chest.
You need to experiment a bit with the length and placement of the tape, as redistributing the pressure in the wrong areas can cause back pain.
I have a few issues with it, and as I haven't tried another brand of tape I can't be certain whether these are problems I have with taping in general, or just this product.
I have very soft skin, and the adhesive tears it up (especially under the armpits), even if I use oil to try and make it come off smoother. The adhesive is VERY sticky and hard to get off any surface it comes in contact with when removing the tape. I've found that the adhesive lasts over a week, and if I leave the tape on that long, it comes off easier (still feels like tearing a bandaid off though). However, after the first day the binding effectiveness starts to decrease because the tape stretches, and by the end of a week, it no longer really flattens my chest, so I end up having to wear a regular binder over the top of it, defeating the purpose of leaving it on for a week.
I also really hate the sensation of having wet tape on my chest after a shower!
For these reasons, I haven't actually ended up taping all that often, because although it feels great initially, it starts to become annoying after the first few days and I can't take it off early without damaging my skin.
feels secure and smooth
Sweet hand packaging and cute labels and notes it’s clear there care about the person not a consumer really good tape with good range of skin tone really strong adhesive but with no blisters, residue or pain taking it off and discrete packing, much better than 2” sports tape I was using it’s really worth it

Top stuff! Sticks super well and overall better than any other kt tape I've tried for binding :)
