Whether you’re heading to the beach or the pool, this Sleeveless Compression Swim Top by Underworks will arm you with confidence. Although not offering the extreme compression of a traditional binder, this is a safer and more comfortable option for chest compression while being active. It is designed to move with your body while offering chest, hip and tummy compression.

Also, if you're looking for a safe binder to work out it outside of swimming, this is a great option.

How to measure: With arms down by your sides, take a snug measurement around the fullest part of your chest, over the nipples without clothing.

Care guide: Hand wash regularly in warm or cold water, or wash on a gentle cycle in a delicates bag. Dry flat or hang to dry. We don't recommend ironing your binder. Do not tumble dry.

Best binder for swimming I've bought. I'm a swimming teacher so am in the water 3+ times a week and this binder holds up well. I was a little nervous that this job would make me dysphoric for how visible it would make my body, but this binder gives me so much confidence that I even pass as male in the water most of the time (pre-T, pre-op), which I love. I am now buying my second one of these to replace the one I've been wearing for the last 2 years.

Best binder i’ve bought

This binder is the best one i had bought in 4 years of binding. It’s comfortable and moves with your body while still supporting your chest in the right way. I bought it with the intention of wearing it only for swimming but will be buying a second one for daily use!

Awesome swimming top

I have used this top for swimming a few times and so felt it a good idea to leave a review.

I really like this swimming top and it has given me a lot of confidence to go back to the pool. I am a curvy person and have been wearing a sports bra and singlet for a long time to swim in - or just not going swimming. But I feel really good in this top. I like doing laps and although it is tight it doesn't restrict my breathing. It's good to exercise in. I still feel weird about my body shape, but I think a lot of people do maybe, but basically this top has given me the freedom to go to the pool just like anyone else.

Also some practical things. Like most binders it works best if you step into it to put it on (rather than over your head). But important to know that when its wet it can be really effortful to take off again - it takes some upper body strength to take it off. I had just done a lot of laps for exercise and my arms were jelly and it looked pretty funny as I got a bit stuck haha. So a better option is to bring a singlet with you and put your singlet on over the top, and then wait for your swimming shirt to dry. It takes a little bit of time to work out how to make it sit right, I am short and the shirt is a bit long, but its totally worth it and very comfortable.
