It's hard to cut out the right piece of tape. Otherwise, it's easy to put on and take off.

Great quality, good size and colour for my skin, takes a while to get the hang of it but worth it 🤌

I gave it 4 stars as I have sensitive skin and develop a rash to the adhesives of the binding tapes. This one is the best I have tried so far and can wear for two days before I start to feel uncomfortable or sensory issues. I have learnt to apply a protective bandage spray before taping and remove with baby oil and in the shower so I don’t give myself a rash. But it’s pretty good so far, depending on your sensitivity to adhesive.

I've bought transtape from here before and have been trying the different widths.

The tape itself works well, lasts about 3-4 days for me personally, and doesn't make me feel restricted or struggle to breathe. It helps for the hot summer and for doing activities in general.

I absolutely love it and would recommend to anyone wanting to try! Don't be scared to get different widths to mix and match as well as that's worked well for me.
