While we primarily operate as an online store, our physical store is open once month: 

• Saturday 17 October, 10am-4pm
• Saturday 14 November, 10am-4pm
• Saturday 19 December, 10am-4pm

Sensory-friendly times

• The first hour (10-11am) is sensory-friendly. We turn down the lighting and turn off the music to reduce sensory overwhelm.

Wheelchair access

Our new location is not wheelchair accessible as there are 20 steps to enter the shop. We have partnered with Twenty10 at the Inner West Pride Centre in Newtown to offer wheelchair accessible appointments. Contact us to book.

Assistance animals

Assistance animals are welcome.

Auslan

Owners Bec and Erin are learning Auslan. If you are Deaf or hard-of-hearing and use Auslan, contact us so we can make sure either Bec or Erin are available when you come in during our regular opening times or private appointment.

There is no onsite customer parking. There is free 2P parking on the surrounding streets.

Train

Stanmore Station - then 15 min walk (1.1km)

Bus

Buses stop on Parramatta Road close to our shop making it easy to get here from either direction.

Coming from the city / east:
Get off at Parramatta Rd before Johnston St. It’s approximately a 2-3 min walk to us. Routes include 413, 438X, 440 and 461X. 

Coming from the west:
Get off at Parramatta Rd after Northumberland Ave or Parramatta Rd before Johnston St, depending on your service. These stops are approximately 2-5 min walk from us. Routes include 413, 438X, 440, 461X and 483. 

As a gender expression shop, we are very niche with a small customer base. Staffing the shop is expensive, so having our physical store open once a month is what's
workable for us at the moment. 

In 2027, we aim to be open every other Saturday.

Private fitting appointments are available for those who cannot visit our store on the weekend. You can contact us to book a private appointment, or you can shop with us online 24 hours a day.

Outside of our store opening hours, we are open by appointment only. Private appointments times are generally available Tuesday and Friday between 10am-4pm. Times may vary depending on staff availability.

We tried really hard to secure an accessible location. Unfortunately, Sydney's rental cost
for street level commercial spaces is significantly higher than non-street level spaces. As a small trans business serving a very small population, this is not something we are able to afford.
