How to Measure
Use a tape measure to measure around your waist and hips, keeping the tape level.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, usually just above your belly button.
- Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips / bum.
Some folks prefer their tucking underwear quite tight, if this is the case, you may want to size down one size.

- Machine wash cold with similar colours
- Use a cool iron if needed
- Do not use bleach
