How to Measure
Use a tape measure to measure around your waist and hips, keeping the tape level and match with the corresponding size.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, usually just above the naval.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, typically where the hip and leg meet.
