Sizing: 4-16
Measure all the way around the waist, just under the belly button. Pick the size based on which where you waist measurement sits on the size chart below.
For youth, if your measurement falls between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size to allow for growing bodies.

Youth sizes 12, 13, 14 and 16 are exactly the same as Adult sizes XS, XS+, S and M. So, if you are in this range you can order either the Adult or Youth sizing.
