Is my parcel discreet?

Yes! Your parcel is completely discreet. Your order will be sent in an unbranded Australia Post satchel.

The return name is 'E Spencer'. There is no mention of 'Sock Drawer Heroes' or any Sock Drawer Heroes branding on the outside of the package. Our return address is on the parcel.

Inside the parcel, items are wrapped in brown paper for an added layer of discretion. However, we do include your invoice.

For packers and STPs that comes in a pouch rather than a box, we wrap these in cardboard for discretion.

Shipping and delivery times

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the Sydney metro area. We ship by Australia Post, offering Standard and Express tracked shipping.

Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 10am Monday to Friday are shipped the following business day.

Once your order is marked as dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us confirming that your order has been shipped and your Aus Post tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel here.

You can view estimated domestic delivery times and international delivery times on the Australia Post website.

Order pick up

If you would like to pick up your order from our Petersham location, please contact us prior to placing your online order so we can organise a time and issue you with a code to waive shipping costs.

Pick up times are currently available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 3pm-4:45pm. 

Please note that every pick up appointment must have a booking. General browsing of stock is not available. If you wish to browse our products in person, please come along to our next Shop Day.

Tracking my parcel

Once your parcel is scanned by Australia Post, you should receive a tracking number directly from Australia Post by email. Sometimes tracking emails go to spam, so if it seems you've not an update from us or Australia Post, please check your junk folder or email us and we can resend it.

You can track your parcel at www.auspost.com.au/track

For international orders, once the parcel arrives in your country it will transfer to your local postal service. The Australia Post tracking number can be used to track your package through your country's own postal service.

Shipping Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Sock Drawer Heroes prioritises getting your order to you quickly and safely. However, to ensure accurate delivery, we rely on the information you provide at checkout.

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping name and delivery address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

Here are some tips for ensuring accurate shipping:

  • Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
  • If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or through our contact form.

In cases of non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will work with you to locate the package if possible. However, we are not liable for any costs associated with reshipping the order.
