This illustration expresses how incredibly uncomfortable Samuel is in cis gay male spaces. It’s a certain type of space, often obsessed with the phallus, that makes him feel unwelcome, and also inadequate. He also recognises his immense privilege as a white, able-bodied boy, while sharing these narratives about vulnerability. But shares his story, in hopes other gay trans men feel less alone.
