Samuel’s experience of liking boys, while being socialised as a girl, seems like he skipped over a whole array of formative “growing up gay" experiences, that many other gay boys had to go through. He has a lot of mixed feelings about not connecting to this type of gay narrative. But is proud to be sharing HIS narrative, of navigating these feelings, and these labels, as a gay trans man today.
