Shipping Times

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the Sydney metro area. We ship by Australia Post, offering Standard and Express tracked shipping.

Orders placed before 10am Monday-Friday are shipped on the same day (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 10am Monday-Friday are shipped the following business day.

Once your order is marked as dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us and you should receive a tracking number directly from Australia Post. Sometimes confirmation and tracking emails go to spam, so if it seems you've not an update from us or Aus Post, please check your junk folder or email us.

Once International packages arrive in your country they will transfer to your local mail service. The AusPost tracking number can be used to track your package through these services. eg. NZ Post , USPS 

International shipping times may be delayed due to COVID-19. Please be patient :) 

Discreet Packaging? Yes! 

Your parcel is completely discreet. Orders are sent in unbranded Aus Post satchels.

The return name is 'E Spencer' with a residential address. There is no mention of 'Sock Drawer Heroes' or any Sock Drawer Heroes branding on the outside of the package.

Inside the parcel, items are wrapped in brown paper for an added layer of discretion. However, note that we do include your invoice.

If you are still concerned about discretion, for example with packers which are packaged in plastic pouch, you can leave us a note at the checkout asking us to wrap the packer in cardboard. 

Shipping Options

Pick Up

Pick up is available from SDH HQ in Petersham NSW by booking a time here. When a Pick Up booking is added to cart, it will waive shipping costs.
