Order Pick Up and Product Consultations
We are now offering a pick up option for orders and product consultations.
Order pick up bookings must be made at the time of purchase to waive shipping costs.
Booking times are currently available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 3pm - 5pm.
Product consultations include binder fittings, packer/STP size advice and product comparisons.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer fittings for packing underwear and tucking garments.
Please note that this is not a retail location, so every visit must have a booking. General browsing of stock is not available, please notify us in advance which products you are interested in. You can do this when booking or via email.
Our office is in the the inner west of Sydney, Summer Hill, and can be easily accessed by public transport.
You will be notified of the address upon booking.
Getting here by public transport :
Summer Hill Train Station is 130m from our office. This train station has a lift, is wheelchair accessible and offers wheelchair ramp boarding assistance.
Lewisham West Light Rail Station is 850m from our office. This station is wheelchair accessible and has a level crossing.
Parking:
We are approximately 250m from Hardie Ave Car Park. There is 2hr free parking available.
Facilities:
Our office is located on the ground floor. There are no steps to enter the building. There are gender neutral and accessible bathrooms available.
